  6. i have evidence of possible GOP election fraud in california's 23rd district. i live in an affordable housing complex. on the day before election day, we residents received a notice DEMANDING we stay home on election day to accommodate some kind of a corporate sales pitch being offered by a company called "Proteus." this WASN'T A REQUEST. it was bundled with a document allowing Proteus to enter our apts even if we weren't HOME! affordable housing is occupied by the poor and many are minorities. both demographics vote largely democratic. this was an obvious and blatant strategy to suppress the vote either by the california GOP or mccarthy himself.

  42.  @keirfarnum6811  ... excellent history lesson. but what you described in your comment should give the dems and the "liberals" MORE resolve not less. when i'm wronged or victimized in some way, and it happens a lot, it makes me more determined to seek justice not less determined. the u. s. is a "left" leaning country. the democratic party alone, outnumbers the GOP by several million nationwide. yet the dems have sat back and allowed the minority GOP to rule us at the federal level and to rig elections so they control many states where they're a clear minority. here's one thing the fascists in the GOP do that the dems and the left don't do. they hold these national conferences, like CPAC, where they organize, share ideas and implement plans to keep control over the messaging. they do this through numerous venues several times a year. even the white supremists hold their annual meetings. they tell their members how to take over and corrupt local politics, local school boards and election committees. where's the equivalent on the left? the left hold random marches about single issues that have little effect on anything! rather than organize at the grass roots level to get people politically involved. this lack of leadership and creativity is just ONE reason i left the left. and since the right is wrong there's no political arena that represents me. so, i founded a new and innovative philosophy for all those people who feel abandoned and betrayed by the left and right. that philosophy is called "equalism" and it stands as our only REAL hope for democracy and hope in the world. as is clearly being demonstrated around this TOTALLY messed up planet today.

  45. from my last estimation there's about 40-45 senators who have no right to be on that jury. they needed to be recused before the trial even began. you can't have biased jurors on any jury and these "people" publicly declared their blatant pro-trump bias for the last 4 weeks, 4 months and 4 YEARS! people who support and defend the accused and the criminal acts committed by the accused are on that jury. everyone who voted to overturn the election MUST be recused. everyone who's currently being threatened by trump's cult MUST be recused. this is a tainted jury and a rigged trial from the start.

FIVE PER YEAR! not to be accumulated upon non-use. also, these orders must APPLY only to natural disasters and other "emergencies." otherwise EVERYTHING is to go through the normal legislative process. one last thing, for now, as far as i can see, the orders issued by biden, in these circumstances were largely acceptable. PARTICULARLY concerning covid-19. (but didn't go far enough.) but there were some orders that were clearly meant as a continuation of the divisions that cripple our country.
