  1. well.... NO! there's no ambiguity here. no one, NOT EVEN TRUMP, can just hand out blanket pardons that covers the rest of entire lives and/or IN ADVANCE of them ever being convicted of anything. IN FACT - NO PARDON can be granted BEFORE a trial or a conviction. ALL PARDONS MUST BE IN RESPONSE TO A SPECIFIC CONVICTION! that's the damned law. that's the whole point. otherwise you have NO LAW. you have just a bunch of criminals being arbitrarily pardoned by their politically connected buddies before even being accused or convicted of any wrong doing.
