by law thomas is REQUIRED to recuse himself. even the mere hint of impropriety demands judges to recuse themselves. will thomas do what's required by ethics and the law? NOT BLOODY LIKELY! we already have 5 supreme court justices who committed perjury to get on the court. i wouldn't expect them to stsart acting ethically or legally now. we'll have to wait, and wait AND WAIT some more to see if ANY law will ever be enforced against trump! two legal principles come to mind - 1) if you want justice go to a brothel. if want to get screwed go to court. 2) the chomsky quote - lawyers are paid to tell us the law doesn't mean what it says. the law is ridiculously and needlessly complicated. equalism says "complication divides. simplification unites." complication in the law exists to create ambiguity. and ambiguity in the law invites, no, almost always results in corruption and favors the privileged, the criminal and the unethical rich.

my comments keep disappearing all over youtube. i'll try to repost my comment now - what if you don't have an email or the student loan scammers don't have your email on file? of course none of these student loan "forgiveness" scams ever apply to me. through a scam called "treasury offset" the student loan thugs have stolen over $12k from my disability to pay a $3500 "loan" i don't owe. and they're not stopping. i didn't finish the semester, i recieved no grades or college credits, i gained NO benefit from this scam and they they've STOLEN more than $12k from me and they're not stopping! WHERE'S MY JUSTICE? WILL MY NIGHTMARE EVER END? the loans shouldn't be forgiven but the thieving banks and schools who profited from the loan scams should BE FORCED to pay back the money they stole from students. i've informed the news media of this scam for over 15 years. WHY ARE MY PLEASE FOR HELP ALWAYS IGNORED?

there's a way to guarantee Giuliani is present at all future hearings and court procedures. REVOKE HIS BAIL and hold him in jail like they do with all other defendents who violate the conditions of their pretrial release. "equal justice" and "equal treatment under the law" are nothing but meaningless and unrealized american slogans and platitudes. much like the constitution itself. what's the point of having laws if they only apply sporadically or selectively?

where i live gas is now OVER $5 a gallon. my rent increases at higher rates than inflation, affordable housing is but a distant memoery as corporations take over the rental industry, like they did the medical industry, putting riduculous demands on renters, causing rents too skyrocket and homelessness to EXPLODE! i'm routinely denied medical care and legal representation. lies are being pushed in schools as facts. censorship is rampant and the internet is the cause of much misinformation, mayhem and chaos. and yet all that's on politician's minds is REVENGE to make trump happy. meanwhile trump remains free to spew his lies after committing treason 2 1/2 yeares ago. we don't have a govt anymore. we're RULED by corporations who're removing our human rights more and more EVERYDAY! both sides are now officially fascist. which ever side wins - WE ALL LOSE! isn't capitalism GREAT?
