but trump wasn't acquitted of impeachment. First off, he was already impeached before the case was sent to the Senate. Second, the Senate didn't find trump innocent. There was no trial. The senate GOP refused to conduct one. And many GOP Senators publicly declared to fix the so-called "trial" in trump's favor even before it began. And trump himself did all he could to cajole, bribe, threaten, and corrupt the Republican Senators, who were to act as his jury, throughout the proceedings. The GOP in the senate just decided and agreed to violate the constitution and cover-up and dismiss trump's crimes and violate their oaths of office. So, no, trump wasn't "acquitted" of anything.
trump is an absolute nut! the GOP knows this but decided to let this nut continue his rein if terror against the rule of law, the constitution and everything america is supposed to stand for. the GOP is now complicit in trump's crimes and have been for some time. right now we, americans have NO legally functioning govt.
and trump's campaign of revenge has already begun! first with col vindman trump's unleashed demands to remove him from his post - ILLEGAL! who's next? he claims Pelosi committed a crime when tearing up trump's malicious speech - YET ANOTHER LIE! and he's demanding his impeachment be expunged! there's NOTHING in the constitution that allows for this.
how many more crimes will he commit to satisfy the INSANE demands of this criminal? TRUMP MUST BE STOPPED! what do you do when those sworn to uphold the law refuse to uphold it and allow criminals to FLOURISH?!

back in the late 19th century, during the "gilded age," the u. s. suffered a gigantic corruption problem. the "new" industrial and banking elite were monopolizing and buying politicians at will. it took decades of reform, led by teddy roosevelt and others, to bring this corruption under some kind of control. then, in 1980, the ruling elite put reagan in the white house to implement ANOTHER gilded age. and the u. s. has been headed to the gutter ever sense.
corporations no longer seek "monopolization" but "consolidation" as one or two corporations take over entire industries. for instance ONE CORPORATION, called an "umbrella corporation," owns 5 or more of the biggest fast-food chains. this is happening in EVERY industry driving up prices, property values and profits while killing unions, lowering wages and reducing public assistamce.
and its all perfectly legal since, beginning in the 70s, the supreme court legalized bribery and put our judges and politicians up for sale. thanks mr. dollemore for cutting back on the commercial endorsements. its appreciated.
