@furrybear57 ... yes, i think that's part of the problem. but not the entire problem. the u. s. isn't producing the "professional" class that's needed to sustain our society. our education system is failing us. this partly has to do with the simple non-interest or inability of the population but it also has to do with the lack of inducement towards these professions. no country should have to rely on foreign labor to function. that's just pure domestic neglect and exploitation of foreign labor.
