@furrybear57 ... yes, i think that's part of the problem. but not the entire problem. the u. s. isn't producing the "professional" class that's needed to sustain our society. our education system is failing us. this partly has to do with the simple non-interest or inability of the population but it also has to do with the lack of inducement towards these professions. no country should have to rely on foreign labor to function. that's just pure domestic neglect and exploitation of foreign labor.

@doncarlin9081 ... there are a lot of expatriate americans living a broad. i wish i was one of them. but i have mixed feelings about it. although i'd like to leave i'm compelled by ethics and love of country to stick around to help my country become a better place. to fight to keep my country out of the hands of fascists. to keep it from going the way of trump, russia, china, hungary. brazil, poland, india and the philipines. besides, i'm too poor to move. i'm too poor to move to a different county much less to another country. what many americans don't realize is that poverty and the "wall" are designed to keep americans IN AMERICA! and that's precisely what they do. its odd how immigrants find the money to get here but once they're here, they can't get enough money to move back to their homes. yet, they come here under the delusion of making a better life for themselves. that's because these immigrants don't really know the reality of the dismal life america offers. they believe the corporate propaganda. the corporations want the immigrants to come as a threat to the working class. step out of line, by asking for higher wages, better benefits and working conditions, you WILL be replaced with immigrants. ITS ALL A SCAM! the whole damned things a scam! the whole world's being scammed.
