  5. you kidding? 20 years ago the courts kept me in jail for 9 MONTHS while after each court appearence the prosecutor stated they were STILL WAITING on the evidence to prosecute me. they asked for and was granted 6 continuances to find criminal evidence against me! they just kept me in jail until i was so desperate to plead to a lesser charge just to get out of jail. the day i plead guilty to the lesser charge THEY RELEASED ME! they arrested me first THEN looked for evidence to justify my arrest. they tortured me for 9 months until i was so miserable i plead guilty to a lesser charge JUST GET OUT OF JAIL! this corruption is what passes for justice in these fascist states of america.
