  6. where i live i'm passed on the highway and often on surface streets by speeders who pass me like i'm standing still although i drive 3 mph over the speed limit. and these drivers AREN'T over 70 years old. a-hole drivers exist at any age! furthermore, adequate, efficient and convenient PUBLIC TRANSPORT must be available if anyone's right to drive is to be suspended. you can't just deny the elderly or the disabled their RIGHT to travel and exist. the u. s. capitalist system is set up not to alleviate stress, distress and uncertainty but to exacerbate stress, distress and uncertainty. california and this WHOLE country is SICK!
