that woman was a nut. but when are cops going to learn to shoot out tires? any vehicle is practically unoperational with NO TIRES! what was she running from anyway? why were they after her? i drive from my small town to a larger city about 3 or 4 times a month. its about a half hour drive on the highway. i always drive the speed limit but every time i'm passed by around 20 to 25 cars that pass me like i'm standing still. they LITERALLY act like they own the road and DEMAND everyone get the hell out of their way. from what i can tell at least 50% of the drivers i encounter don't deserve their driver's licenses. THEY'RE DANGEROUS yet the cops do nothing. cars AREN'T toys although the auto makers want to make us think they are. i swear, it seems people are just getting more privileged, mean, rude and selfish as ever. and most of it began about 30 years ago when the internet first reared its ugly head. the internet has turned people into MONSTERS and society into a POLICE-STATE! yet idiots continue to embrace their own slavery to this police-state monstrosity. what's up with that?

@joonsmelodie9927 ... in the first place i don't "blather about" anything. i write factual, concise and informative comments to teach and educate. secondly, if you don't know you live in a police-state you're one of the many sorry, gullible and blind people in desperate need of an education. lastly, they obviously didn't blow out her tires as her car clearly remained fully functional through the whole ordeal.

@alligator5706 ... it sux don't it? but they didn't puncture her tires. you can tell by how the car maneuvers. car's aren't designed to run on their rims. but this lady took off like her tires were fully functional. does anyone think installing "kill switches" in ALL cars is a good idea? cops could end all chases with just a flip of a switch. is this a good idea?

@tylerhansen931 ... the tires aren't flat. you can SEE the tires aren't flat. if they were flat the car would be nearly unable to move. you ever try to drive on flat tires? you can't do it. at best you move at a snail's pace. Did you pay attention to the video at all? my god. i just can't believe the cult mentality, the group-think infecting people. can anyone, except ME, think for themselves anymore?

@ellenpowers919 ... well, a plane closed is better than a plane open. you'd fall out. "plain clothed" cops are police-state agents. designed to make us paranoid and suspicious of each other. just ask anyone who lived in nazi germany.

@nickcolleton5684 .... it wasn't always moving. the car was stationary for long periods of time. yiu need to wise up. killing people should be a last resort. not an immediate reaction.
