  11. here's a question. did harlan crow claim any of these financial dealings with thomas in his corporate records or personal tax returns? the way i understand it is the law is double sided. not only must the recipient of these financial favors declare them but also the provider of the favors must as well. if BOTH people fail to report these dealings that amounts to a conspiracy to commit and cover-up a crime. a conspiracy is any criminal act committed or planned by two or more people.

  32. public defenders are generally prosecutors in training. plea deals are for the courts and prosecutors not the accused. its a means to get the case settled as quickly as possible and clear the court docket for the next case. even before the treason on 1-6 our court system was busting at the seems. meanwhile politicians are actually closing court houses across the country due to budget constraints. u. s. prosecutors have over 95% conviction rate. they get that rate through plea deals. they hold you in jail until you accept a plea deal. this is one reason bail is so outrageously high. our "justice system is corrupt as hell. how do you think we got the highest number of incarcerated of any country on earth? corporations and the ruling make a bundle on the prison industrial complex. just like they do off of the military industrial complex and the technological industrial complex. the u. s. is just one BIG corporate scam!

  35. i don't support early voting. its ridiculous from the start. election day is election day. all kinds of things could happen that could change your vote between the time you cast an early vote and voting day. what i do support is "ELECTION WEEK" that follows election day or even a two week period for voting. who says voting has to be done by EVERYBODY on one day? the polls should remain open till 9pm and on weekends. a week or two would provide all of us with a convenient time to cast our ballots if we choose to vote. this, of course, is the logical and easy solution which is why it'll never become reality. americans routinely and fanatically reject logic, reason and simplicity.

"we'll pay an easily affordable fine but not admit to any responsibilty." yet another privilege to being rich.
