  3.  @MartinLittrell  ... what you say is true. but also plea deals are rarely offered in pre-trial proceedings. and the defense can also suggest plea deals. so if a-hole trump is so upset about not being offered a plea deal i suggest he have HIS LAWYERS offer one.
