  1. trump has no intention of suing cbs. he simply uses these claims to rile up his cult. his claims are called FRAUD and there's no reason not to arrest and prosecute trump for his constant fraud. first, ITS FRAUD! he's making public statements he knows are lies. second, he's violating his bail terms. and third he's a public nuisance threatening public safety and the the very lives of those he lies about. i can't say this enough - ENFORCE THE DAMNED LAW!
