  1. all these municipalities have to do is SUE! place a lien on trump or his campaign. and they damned well better be charging him interest. about 2 years ago i was scammed by an unanounced "toll" going through Oklahoma City. the toll was charged through the MAIL! it was about 2 bucks but the city threatened to put a lien on my car if i didn't pay! SURELY THESE CITIES and TOWNS CAN DO THE SAME THING TO TRUMP! why don't they?
