  1. what? was there not another bus coming that day? she'll probably sue and get billions of dollars. i've been abused by bus drivers ALOT! where's my news coverage? i've had drivers refuse to call the police when i told them to, they've driven right by me on numerous occasions. we have what's called "dial-a-ride" where i live now and i've had bus drivers refuse to pick me up, lie to me, verbally abuse and wat too often the busses don't even show UP! whatever this lady suffered I SUFFERED WORSE and my misery just goes ignored BY EVERYONE! man, what i disgusting place this world has become.

  2. after 2 misdemeanor convictions the third one should be an automatic felony. much of this crap stems from the horrible culture gangsters have created for american youth. being violent thugs and predators is all kids are encouraged to be these days. rap and rappers are to blame yet capitalism keeps making millionaires out of these anti-social psychopaths. sounds about right. why stand up to bullies and thugs when being one can make you rich?

NEVER surrender your right to a "preliminary hearing." the d. a. in my case agreed to drop several falses charges already filed against me in exchange for me forgoing my right to a premilary hearing on the main false charge. my lawyer suggested i take the deal and i did which resulted in 9 months of HELL awaiting trial in jail! eventually ALL charges were dropped! only later did i find out the only reason the d. a. will ever suggest a defendent forgo a preliminary hearing is because they HAVE NO EVIDENCE in the first place. i was kidnapped, held without bail and tortured for 9 MONTHS without ever committing a crime.
