  5. i'm not a democrat or republican but the truth is its the GOP who holds up disaster relief. they either attach some ridiculous unrelated "rider" they know the dems will reject or they just hold up relief as some other political ploy. both parties are corrupt but when it comes to withholding or decreasing disaster relief its the GOP who's responsible.
