  1.  @cwhipp9805  ... we have 3 branches of govt.; executive, legislative and judicial. each branch is supposed to oversee the actions and plans of the other 2 branches. and 2 branches are supposed to oversee the actions of the remaining branch. when one branch fails to honor its constitutional and legal obligations then the entire system becomes moot, ineffective and collapses. that's when the court system takes over. the courts, NOT CONGRESS, holds EVERYONE accountable regardless of their social position or status. if any member of the 3 branches break the laws they swear to uphold then its up to the courts to set it right. and that's whay's happening to trump right now. a simple enforcement of the laws he so brazenly and corruptly violated.
