since when can a "president" order the justice dept to do anything? much less to dismiss criminal or civil charges against himself that were filed before he became president? the constitution doesn't allow that. but the constitution also doesn't allow trump to file an endless barrage of basesless and frivilous motions and appeals to delay court proceedings. the question is - just when is the constitution OR ANY LAW going to apply to trump?
