  1. trump did nothing for the economy but milk it for 50 years to defraud workers and violate contracts and, from the white house, make rich people richer. making rich people richer is what capitalism does. right now, where i live, gas is OVER $5 a gallon, rents are illregally high as landlords DEMAND 3 times the rent in income and medical care can be denied as standard operating procedure. it was no better under trump. the rich and their corporate lawyers make the economic decisions under capitalism, not presidents. as long as we're ruled by corporations that buy politicians and own the govt we'll have economic insecurity and turmoil in the world. that's what the rich want - conflict and corruption not stability and cooperation.
