as usual this won't apply to me. through a scam called "treaury offset" the student loan scam has already stolen more than $12k from my disability to pay off a $3500 a don't owe. and they're not done. this is a life-long debt and a life long nightmare. everytime i notify the student loan thieves they call me a liar and just keep right on stealing my disability payments from me. NONE OF THESE so-called "forgiveness" plans apply to me. because, i guess, since treasury offset was used to get the money i'm not identified as someine who's paid any money on my scam loan. i was conned by the bank into a loan i didn't qualify for and didn't want. i didn't even finish the semester, recieved no grades or college credits and the student theives just don't give a damn.
