I didn't even receive any grades or credits. I RECIEVED NOTHING! yet they've stolen over $12 grand from me to pay for a small $3500 debt. among other reasons, its illegal because I never agreed to "offset" on anything I signed, they're stealing from people on fixed incomes and poor people's DISABILITY and it was applied retroactively which is unconstitutional. the U. S. constitution forbids the passing of ANY retroactive laws. its called "ex-post-facto" and its illegal. my "loan" was taken out 7-8 BEFORE this illegal, retroactive offset law was passed. but no one cares! I even notified ACLU who're more busy fighting for men to compete against women in sports than for poor people and constitutional law.
