  6. problem: 45 of the senators have already declared themselves biased and tainted jurors. they declared they would ignore the law, ignore trump's crimes and deny the evidence of trump's guilt. just like they did in trump's last impeachment. they've declared this publicly for weeks now. furthermore, you have fellow traitors in the senate who've openly defended trump's attack on the capital and trump's lies that resulted in this treason. this is a rigged jury. the kind of jury trump loves. jurors, BY LAW, must be completely impartial to the accused. you can't have biased friends on your jury. this senate is witnesses to trump's crimes - THEY CAN'T BE JURORS! american justice 101 - corruption wins AGAIN!

  7.  @anjaoldnettle2841  ... my friend, i don't understand it either. there's a principle in law called "recuse" - "challenge (a judge, prosecutor, or juror) as unqualified to perform legal duties because of a possible conflict of interest or lack of impartiality." witnesses, friends, family members or acquaintances of the victims or the accused are supposed to be recused from serving as judge or jury in ANY case! honest people will even recuse themselves. the GOP obviously have few honest members left. in fact, these GOP who refuse to recuse for lack of impartiality should themselves be charged and tried for corruption. being that ALL congress are both witnesses and direct victims of trump's crimes on 1-6-21 you'd think conviction was certain. but when these jurors are threatened with violence and death if they enforce the law, that right there is YET another reason to recuse themselves. "i can't be on this jury, my life is being threatened by the defendant's mob." but these people have no courage or integrity. they refuse to recuse themselves FOR THE SOLE purpose of rigging the trial. and, they're being allowed to do it. it makes no sense. not much in the u.s. actually makes much sense.
