  1. medicare fraud and public assistance fraud are real problems in this country. but 90% of the fraud isn't being committed by recipients but by private corporations who exploit these programs for fun and profit. the privatization of govt responsibilities is in fact ILLEGAL! no where in the constitution does it say the govt can HIRE third party vendors or CONTRACT-OUT its legal functions and social responsibilties to the lowest bidder - or ANY bidder! ENTIRE INDUDTRIES have risen from this scam! our govt isn't supposed for sale. but of course the reagan fanatics changed all that and now LOOK AT THIS DAMNED MESS! since reagan this country has gone STRAIGHT into the gutter! trump and his cohorts are just the latest example of this. and don't expect any fundamental changes with biden. reagan corrupted our country and there's only one way to set it right!
