  1. then i hold my landlord, my medical providers and the state and federal govts in contempt. none of them have played fair with me in 20 years. the term is actually called "good faith." when a party isn't being honest then they're violating the very premise of the law. and that premise IN ALL CASES is good faith. and i've bben lied to, defrauded, neglected and abuse by the above entities NONSTOP for over 20 years. my rent has increased 24% in the last 3 years and my landord has refused to enforce its own lease. affordable housing is booked for years! walmart, best buy and other retailers have vuolated good faith and my consumer rights for the last 20 years. and i'm denied eye surgery that could save my sight, denied much needed MRIs, denied tooth extraction and denied emergency services by numerous doctors and hos[pitals over the last 5 years. i don't see any court, lawyer, politician or news media jumping to enforce my medicare rights, renters rights, consumer rights or legal rights at all. uummmm, go figure. i keep forgetting, i'm poor, elderly and disabled. MY RIGHTS DON'T COUNT!
