I WON'T BE GETTING ANY CHECKS! I have NEVER received ANY stimulus check issued by anyone. through a thing called treasury offset, over the last 12 years, the feds have stolen OVER 12 grand from my disability to pay off a $3500 student loan I DON'T OWE! and its perpetual - ITS A LIFETIME DEBT! the treasury dept withheld EVERY stimulus check from me. over the years I've notified 100's of politicians and the mainstream and alt media outlets AND left 100's of youtube comments AND NO ONE CARES!

@jeninajiffy ... that's what they said about all the previous checks. my disability isn't the problem. the student loan scam and treasury offset IS the problem. its completely computerized and automatic. there's no human oversight. I hope i'm wrong but i'll lay you odds, me, and other poor people like me, will be screwed yet again.

@redpilled5830 … how much was your original claimed debt? and was it taken through treasury offset? treasury offset was intended SOLEY to apply to taxes owed to the IRS. but bush jr and congress decided to ILLEGALLY apply it to student loans. I didn't even receive any grades or credits. I RECIEVED NOTHING! yet they've stolen over $12 grand from me to pay for a small $3500 debt. among other reasons, its illegal because I never agreed to "offset" on anything I signed, they're stealing from people on fixed incomes and poor people's DISABILITY and it was applied retroactively which is unconstitutional. the U. S. constitution forbids the passing of ANY retroactive laws. its called "ex-post-facto" and its illegal. my "loan" was taken out 7-8 BEFORE this illegal, retroactive offset law was passed. but no one cares! I even notified ACLU who're more busy fighting for men to compete against women in sports than for poor people and constitutional law. WE LIVE IN A LAWLESS COUNTRY! where laws apply conditionally, to some and not others, and laws are routinely violated and ignored by those sworn to enforce them.

@redpilled5830 … oh, and one more reason its illegal is because offset is applied WITHOUT ANY court oversight or involvement whatsoever. my right to LEGAL-DUE-PROCESS, which is also protected under the constitution, has been violated.
