@AW-fj1sx ... excellent. i didn't have to make that argument. one of the first things the nazi's did was outlaw labor unions and imprison labor leaders. this is just, YET, another fact the fascists deny. nothing is defined by what it calls itself. things are defined by their behavior and characteristics. and the characteristics of nazism was pure ANTI-socialist. but hitler NEVER claimed to be socialist. he was a "nationalist." a white nationalist to be precise. nationalism is a major part of fascism. socialists can be called "internationalists." are you as sick of all this re-branding of fascism as i am? this broad MASS-campaign to re-label fascism as socialism and to rewrite history is aggravating the hell out of me. these fascist lies are really beginning to piss me off.

@davidpowell6098 ... here's something i just remembered. hitler chose the swastika, in part, because of "Aryan" mythology. according to nazi lies of german racial superiority, the Aryan "race" originated in india. they moved westward into europe to maintain racial purity. since india is filled with swastika imagery he chose that symbol to represent the nazi, Aryan ideal.

I APPRECIATE THAT! but unfortunately its neither historically, or by definition, correct. no, nazism wasn't its own kind of economic system separate from all the others. fascists believe the RICH, the elite, ARE the state. so when they funnel their nation's wealth to the TOP they're funneling it to whom they believe represents the state; THEMSELVES and their corporate buddies.

@FunkBastid ... fascists are authoritarians and they believe capitalism represents their belief in social darwinism. only the strong deserve to survive, or, more accurately, only the rich deserve to rule. because the rich, through their wealth, have proven themselves superior and, thus, worthy to rule. this is called capitalism, social darwinism in action. capitalism is authoritarian economics and fascism is authoritarian politics. the one can't exist without the other.

I DENOUNCE AND REJECT IT. but many on the "left" today aren't leftists but fascists. not necessarily their principles, but their tactics and goals have become corrupted and more fascist over the last 40 years. so, i see fascism as it really is. its taken over the right and left. the fascists lost ww2 but are now taking over the world. and it scares the hell out me, as it should EVERYONE, and i'll EXPOSE IT and fight it till the day i die!

EVERY nation and city state in history, including the nazi's, practiced some "socialistic" policies. roads, aqueducts, mail delivery, any public works, etc., are ALL socialistic policies. but "socialistic" ISN'T socialism. and here's a little known fact i'm sure the fascists will deny. in the 30's, hitler sent nazi emissaries to the american south to study american segregation and "jim crow." the nazi's actually based their social policies on american segregation laws. the warsaw ghetto is just one example of this.

ALL capitalism is authoritarian. some say, communism is the ultimate goal of socialism. its last stage, if you will. a governmentless society where all are equal, with equal rights and thus, economic and political competition that leads to concentrated wealth, envy, greed, corruption and poverty no longer exist. sounds good to me. to me, for all practical purposes, communism and socialism are the same thing. just look at marx's "communist manifesto." it talks about socialism not communism. he in fact intertwines the two words. i don't hate marx, but i'm not a marxist. marx wasn't a marxist. marx can no more be blamed for the atrocities committed in his name than jesus can be blamed for the horrendous crimes committed in his name. i'm an equalist, and as such i define both as non-elitist, democratic economic systems. this is how equalism differentiates between socialism and fascism. fascism is any elitist social structure where the elite rule for THEIR BENEFIT and make all the decisions. and socialism is the antithesis of fascism - any non-elitist society where decisions are made democratically for the benefit of all. EQUALISM OVERVIEW - FASCISM is political capitalism and capitalism is economic fascism. SOCIALISM is economic democracy and democracy is political socialism. its just that simply. no need to convolute it and complicate it any further than that.

@Epic-pf8od ... most organized religions are notoriously conservative, reactionary and fascist institutions. hitler and mussolini sought to use religion to their advantage and they did. no fascist leader is truly religious. if they were they wouldn't be fascists because most major religions, in fact, denounce elitism and fascism. would you torture and murder people if you were truly religious? so, hitler manipulated Lutheranism and mussolini manipulated Catholicism to their advantage because they were already corrupted and fascist and easily manipulated to the fascist cause. its as simple as that.

@runajain5773 ... sadly people understand the concept of "race" even less than the swastika. the study of race is called "physical anthropology." north africans, middle eastern semetic peoples, hispanics and europeans are all classified as caucasians. indians have there own classification called "indic." negroes, polynesian, inuits and orientals (called "mongoloids") are all seperate classifications. its all based physical characters common in each grouping. i wish people would just open a book now and then rather than getting their info from self-proclaimed experts with ulterior motives.

@Epic-pf8od ... now you're claiming nazism isn't reactionary? where do people come up with the stuff? mussolini wanted to reestablish rome's past glory. the word "fascist" was actually derived from from ancient rome. and hitler's ENTIRE spiel was about returning germany to its former glory of wagner mythology and symbolism, the tuetonic knights, the holy roman empire and "glorious" military victories of bismark. on top of that both men incorporated a righteous duty into their mythology. they claimed god and religion as a central theme to their delusions. they used religion to justify their authority, brutality and right to rule.

Karl Von Eberfeld-Dunquartzhausen ... yes, there has never been a socialist society implemented on a national scale. even if they called themselves "communist." the u. s. calls itself a democracy and it isn't. names mean nothing. you should know that. things are defined not by what they call themselves but by their characteristics and traits. the characteristics of socialism are, among others, democratic, non-elitist, non-corporate, equal benefit, cooperative and political equality. the characteristics of fascism are, among others, elitist, capitalist, corporate, authoritarian, predatory, exploitive, greedy, competitive, corrupt and oppressive. if you can't see the latter group as the ruling system in every nation and city state in history then you are denying reality. its as simple as this - why do we need the concept and ideology of socialism if its no different than fascism? that's the stupidest thing i ever heard. socialism was created as the antithesis of fascism. that's the whole point. its just as simple as that. no need to convolute and complicate things like the oligarchs insist that we do. keep it simple, verifiable and observable. quit playing the elite's game of divide and conquer. quit being manipulated and exploited by one side or the other.
