  1. the problem is, when nations come together its usually for "bad" reasons. like to implement the global police-state that now rules humanity. russian, chinese and american elite may all mistrust and hate each other (ya, right) but they all use the same interconnected police-state technology to oppress us. regardless of how friendly any alien contact may be, our ruling elite would consider them a threat to their power and authority.
