"accountability" is what cops (politicians, the elite and their corporations) FEAR MOST! if there was actual accountability in ANY society, the corrupt people in power the world over, wouldn't be in power anymore. the problem is the pigs are in a constant state of fraud, cover-up and corruption. world-wide, cops commit perjury as a matter of "duty" and erect an "us-vs-them" mentality resulting in the fascist concept of the "thin-blue-line" that separates and exalts the cops OVER those they're sworn to protect. in other words, if cops were honest and did their damned jobs there wouldn't be any need to film them. but since the vast majority of cops act as nothing but a gang of thugs willing to protect each other's crimes as a show of loyalty to their gang, then filming their every move isn't only a RIGHT, its a damned OBLIGATION!
