"ignorance of the law is no excuse" is a cornerstone of ALL LAW! yet, for some odd reason, "intent" has been a MAJOR excuse the media uses to excuse trump's numerous criminal infractions. tv lawyers and tv pundits keep bringing this crap up and its COMPLETELY irrelevent in the law. intent can be considered when deciding penalty but NOT in deciding guilt. i see these tv lawyers on the right and left often misapply legal principles. yet i'm not allowed to expose ANY OF IT because these youtube channels and tv channels KEEP DENYING me a voice. go figure.
