I don't understand. the cops could've done a background check on this guy based on the accusation alone. they didn't need to stop him and get I. d. all they need is a name or an address, right? they can pull up anyone's record anytime. they could've just searched him upon arrest while serving the warrant. so why didn't they? uummm. I don't understand. is it an illegal search if they're serving a valid warrant for arrest? the bill of rights is violated everyday. I just don't see it here. most cases receive no media attention and never reach the supreme court. is there really a difference between officially sanctioning the violations and just ignoring them? thanks for the video.
