  1. whether this is indeed a real phenomena or not is irrelevant. what is relevant is that there is a lot of secret technology and secret programs out there to implement this technology onto an unsuspecting humanity. WE'RE ALL guinea pigs and lab rats for the police state which is HERE NOW! its in ALL electronic devices being marketed and sold to us; WE'RE BUYING OUR OWN OPPRESSION and we just keep buying it! and its being implemented by an alliance between business, govt and science. some of this technology is being sold directly to us and some is being sold to the govt and corporations to be used against us. this is NOT a govt or business conspiracy but a policy of THE ELITE who owns all business and the govt. the question remains; when are YOU going to start fighting this police state?
