  1. as the sheriff he could open an investigation. maybe even file charges and arrest the judge if any evidence arose to justify such actions. out and out murder WASN'T one of the sheriff's options. the sheriff acted like vigilante not a peace officer. and i still don't understand the implications of the daughter's phone number being on the judge's phone. prosecute the sheriff for first degree murder. HE ISN'T ABOVE THE LAW!
