The decision was penned by Justice Antonin Scalia. it was a 7-2 decision. this insanity is equal to that of the "citizens united" decision that illegally declared corporations as people and legalized political bribery in the u. s. we don't have a country anymore. its been taken over by corporate interests, special interests and political lobbies. we live in a LAWLESS society where corruption and gangsters RULE!

well, how about the fascist BODY-GUARDS protecting cruz who illegally attacked the man. they had NO RIGHT to place their hands on him. THAT'S ASSAULT AND BATTERY! see, here's just ANOTHER problem with the u. s. system. our TAX DOLLARS go to protecting the gangsters against the people they marginalize, ignore, abuse and victimize. it sickens me when the treasury dept continues to protect trump AFTER his treason against the u. s. americans don't get bodyguards. I tried emailing AOC and sanders about the student loan scam stealing 11 grand from me to pay a $3500 debt I don't owe. sanders ignored me completely and AOC wouldn't allow anyone outside her district to contact her. they're both frauds. and medicare is a failure. we don't want "medicare-for-all." we want national health care where the patient is in charge of their own medical care. I've been on medicare for 30 years and I can't get medical care! WAKE UP PEOPLE! quit responding to slogans and buzz words. we want REAL progressivism. not elitist, over bureaucratized, corporate insanity progressivism!

WHO CARES?! he's just another rich dude being given the opportunity to speak while millions of america poor are SILENCED! we need to raise the age of purchases of NON-military weapons to 21. but we NEED TO BAN the sale of ALL military-style weapons! PERIOD! the cops shouldn't even have them. their ONLY purpose is political intimidation and mass death. that's ALL they're intended to be good for. we need to REPEAL ALL public carry laws. if you're caught with a gun in public - you belong in PRISON, not on the streets. the GOP doesn't even reflect the opinions of their own constituents! why give them any quarter? i'm so damned tired of compromising with the profiteering fascists on EVERY ISSUE when they aren't willing to compromise on anything! QUIT CLAIMING THE ELECTION WAS STOLEN! QUIT DEFENDING TRUMP'S TREASON! stop the militia fascists from taking over the GOP! then maybe, we can talk a little compromise on other issues.

that was trump's campaign plan all along. he was a good friend of the Clintons but attacked them. he hired illegal immigrants but railed against them. he claimed to be an anti-elitist but was born rich, stuffed his cabinet with corporate leaders and made the elite richer since he's been in office. trump's hypocrisy got him elected and his most ardent supporters JUST DON'T CARE!
