  10. tell me about it. as 66 year old, with no family, friends or advocates to help and protect me i also live in FEAR everyday! for 9 years the police refused to respond to my complaints of abusive and threatening neighbors. they wouldn't even show up! for 16 years i've been denied much needed medical care GUARANTEED me by law. govt agencies, bureacrats, politicians, doctors, cops, lawyers and the local and national news media have ALL IGNORED MY PLEAS FOR HELP! even the state's medical ombudsman just refers me BACK to the govt agencies who neglect and abuse me! now it all amounts to elder abuse and neglect and NO ONE CARES! i trust no one. no one wants to do their jobs and no one will FORCE THEM! its just pass the buck over and over and NOTHING GETS DONE! meanwhile i can barely function most days. and i suffer from so much stress, anxiety, FEAR and depression on top of my physical ailments!   14. ​ @randywalsh8383  ... its called "flooding the market" or a "flooded market." to limit the availability of something increases its value. for instance - gold is valuable because its rare. not because of any intrinsic value of gold. when the labor market is flooded it devalues labor. illegal immigration floods the labor market reducing the value of labor. also decreasing jobs serves the same purpose. when you have 100s of people competing for the same job the value of that job decreases. back in the early 70s there was a scam called the "gas shoratge." there was no REAL shortage of gas. but the oil companies restricted access to gas to drive up the price. today, the housing shortage is doing the same thing. wanna increase the value of housing? stop building homes! corporations buy up existing mortgage companies and rental properties and raise the prices even further. when you have 1000 people competing for one apt or one mortgage the prices SKYROCKET. its an intentional result of capitalism. an entire industry called "speculation" has risen from investors betting on the future value of certain industries. this is just one way capitalism screws us everyday.

  44. in the first 3 minutes of this video ms. woolhandler described the very thing insurance companies used to do BEFORE the affordable care act... paying claims cost money and interferes with profits... so the elite decided to force us to pay these profiteers and that was what passed as an "affordable" health care system. we needed laws to protect us from the predatory insurance industry not laws that force our victimization by it. thanks for the video.

  124. imperialism uses many tactics other than brute force to take terrority from its rightful owners. trickery and fraud enforced through "law" was also used. this was a method the europeans used in southeast asia, india, central and south america and throughout africa. it was often corporate interests that corrupted the law. corporations would con "natives" into contracts and later used those contracts to take the land. they would use laws requiring "peonage" (servitude for unpaid debts) to enslave the locals and the police to enforce these contracts. the miltary would be brought in only if any organized resistance developed. the only one's who could resist this "legal" corporate fraud were places like china and japan who had the military strength to expell the foreigners. corporations use contracts even today to conspire with govts to cheat and rob people as standard operating procedure. 95% of all use of "eminent domain" is used against the lower classes to take their property and hand it to corporations for development. as long as a corrupt ruling elite exists they'll use fraud and/or force to screw "the people" just like they've done for 1000s of years.

  144. i haven't been the victim of police-brutality but police malfeasance and civil rights violations. over 10 years ago my landlord extorted roughly 50k from me and my parents. i had the evidence of this extortion. i still have it. the LAPD REFUSED to even let me file a criminal complaint. THAT'S ILLEGAL! no cop has the right to PREVENT anyone from filing a police report or a criminal complaint. and no cop has the right to refuse to investigate an alleged crime. the cop supervisor told me flat out - they would NEVER investigate a crime committed by a landlord. when i notified the FBI, of both the police corruption and of the extortion, it occurred across state-lines, they told me to stick it up my ass. during the ten years since i've been the victim of continuous criminal harrassment from my neighbors. i have evidence of this too. the kern county sheriff's dept refused to let me file a complaint. in fact they refused to respond AT ALL! when the same neighbor filed a false report against me the cops RESPONDED TO HER COMPLAINT! i proved to them the neighbor filed a false complaint against me. ANOTHER CRIME! the cops again REFUSED to enforce the law. the damned cop told me - we have better things to do than baby sit you people. (a direct quote.) YET ANOTHER CRIME committed by the cops. its a common scam for cops to claim the crimes committed against you are civil matters. i've notified lawyers of these criminal infractions. they, TOO, refused to enforce the law. and they flat-out denied me my right to legal representation because i'm poor. NO ONE CARES! i have evidence of multiple crimes and NO ONE CARES! i tried to file complaints against my neighbors who've been criminally harrassing me for the last 7 years. the cops AGAIN refused to enforce the law and ignored these crimes. fairly recently, that same neighbor filed a FALSE complaint against me. this was a direct result of the failures of the cops to enforce the law the last 7 years. when i told the cop this he said - "we have better things to do than babysit you people." just what options are there when the ENTIRE system is rigged against the victims in favor of the victimizers?

  215. i haven't been the victim of police-brutality but police malfeasance and civil rights violations. over 10 years ago my landlord extorted roughly 50k from me and my parents. i had the evidence of this extortion. i still have it. the LAPD REFUSED to even let me file a criminal complaint. THAT'S ILLEGAL! no cop has the right to PREVENT anyone from filing a police report or a criminal complaint. and no cop has the right to refuse to investigate an alleged crime. the cop supervisor told me flat out - they would NEVER investigate a crime committed by a landlord. when i notified the FBI, of both the police corruption and of the extortion, it occurred across state-lines, they told me to stick it up my ass. during the ten years since i've been the victim of continuous criminal harrassment from my neighbors. i have evidence of this too. the kern county sheriff's dept refused to let me file a complaint. in fact they refused to respond AT ALL! when the same neighbor filed a false report against me the cops RESPONDED TO HER COMPLAINT! i proved to them the neighbor filed a false complaint against me. ANOTHER CRIME! the cops again REFUSED to enforce the law. the damned cop told me - we have better things to do than baby sit you people. (a direct quote.) YET ANOTHER CRIME committed by the cops. its a common scam for cops to claim the crimes committed against you are civil matters. i've notified lawyers of these criminal infractions. they, TOO, refused to enforce the law. and they flat-out denied me my right to legal representation because i'm poor. SO, JUST WHAT THE HELL DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET PIGS TO DO THEIR DAMNED JOBS AND ENFORCE THE DAMNED LAW! our sorry excuse of a "justice system" not only suffers from corrupt police actions but also from corrupt police NON-ACTION!

  221. imperialism uses many tactics other than brute force to take terrority from its rightful owners. trickery and fraud enforced through "law" was also used. this was a method the europeans used in southeast asia, india, central and south america and throughout africa. it was often corporate interests that corrupted the law. corporations would con "natives" into contracts and later used those contracts to take the land. they would use laws requiring "peonage" (servitude for unpaid debts) to enslave the locals and the police to enforce these contracts. the miltary would be brought in only if any organized resistance developed. the only one's who could resist this "legal" corporate fraud were places like china and japan who had the military strength to expell the foreigners. corporations use contracts even today to conspire with govts to cheat and rob people as standard operating procedure. 95% of all use of "eminent domain" is used against the lower classes to take their property and hand it to corporations for development. as long as a corrupt ruling elite exists they'll use fraud and/or force to screw "the people" just like they've done for 1000s of years.
