  1. yep, let's turn the u. s. into the nra myth of the old west where we can have shoot-outs and gun-fights on every corner! only criminals want to "defund" the police. but every freedom loving, anti-fascist citizen should want to "de-militarize" the police. corporations market their military style weapons, like tanks and grenade launchers, to every police dept in country who waste tax payer funds to buy such unnecassary and overpriced crap. how "de-militatize" became "defund" i don't know. what i do know is BOTH SIDES tend to turn good ideas into overblown and corrupt exagerations of their original intent. all i can say is it seems everyone has replaced common sense and common decency with a wreckless extremism and fanaticism that tearing the country apart and i want no psart of it. "a house divided cannot stand" and the u. s. is the poster-boy of this truism.
