  1. that's NOT what they're suggesting at all! they're saying these data bases WILL be abused by the elite to start collecting info on ALL of us. in fact that's PRECISELY what's happened! for example, here in the states a bad credit report can be used to deny you housing and employment! a drug conviction can deny you public assistance and even FOOD! we're in so many data bases we've no idea what's being claimed about us or whether its true or not! its called the police state and its HERE! don't trash the heroes defending EVERYONE'S HUMAN RIGHTS!

  2. its NOT about the rights of the guilty! its about the rights of the wrongly accused and wrongly convicted, about continued punishment after paying your social debt and serving your time AND YOUR human rights, what's really dangerous are the blind, gullible fascists who haven't figured that out yet!   3. +Zig_ Zag... the law was intended to protect the innocent and the human rights of us all. unfortunately the law is, in fact, rarely enforced to protect the victims and many innocent people still end up in jail. if the laws were enforced the jails would be full of business men, politicians and the elite instead of the lower classes who bear the brunt of our unjust justice system. the U.S has THE highest concentration of incarcerated than any other country. and you people seem to want nothing more than to add to those insane numbers. a lot of the guilty go free while the prisons over flow with the innocent.

  5. but when it comes to rape victims we're still stuck in a male dominated, boys will be boys, attitude. rape victims are victimized TWICE! once by the perpetrator and again by the system. in rape cases its the victim that's put on trial! the victim is suspect of ulterior motives and lies. its the victim who must prove her purity and innocence. its absolutely disgusting how our society STILL treats female victims of sexual abuse and physical violence. we should hang our heads in shame!

  6. we have a very corrupt legal system in the U.S. it screws both victims and the falsely accused if their both among the lower classes. if you're rich you're innocent until proven guilty and they even have a special prison for you in the rare event you're found guilty. kavanaugh, trump, b. Clinton and Clarence Thomas are all examples of this elitist double standard. rich people commit crimes everyday and get away with it which encourages them to become serial offenders. the only time a rich person's crimes are taken seriously is when they're committed against another rich person.

  7. as for the rest of us, we accuse these rich people at our own peril. when the victim and suspect are both lower class the cops and prosecutor play a game of... lets frame the suspect. most the time when the victim identifies the perpetrator they're completely honest and sure. but on the occasion the victim can't make a positive I. d. the cops frame the most likely or convenient suspect and tells the victim to lie in court. which they do believing the cops to be honest. so, the cops screw society and the victim making us believe a real criminal is going to jail and they screw the falsely accused. all in the name of making themselves look good and infallible in the eyes of the public. this happens much more often than we think.

  8. this video completely misrepresents psychopaths and sociopaths as completely insane maniacs. there's a difference between a homicidal maniac and a psychopath. a psychopath is defined simply as anyone without empathy; in a manner in which social rules don't apply to them and the rights of others are persistently violated. ALL the elite are in fact psychopaths. humanity is ruled by psychopaths. and the society THEY created rewards them for their psychopathic behavior. they make laws that don't apply to them and profit from the misery of others and possess NO remorse for the misery they inflict. they believe themselves better than ALL other people deserving of prestige and privilege. by claiming that psychopaths are lower class victims of traumatic childhoods only covers up the crimes being committed by our psychopathic "leaders" who are taught their elitist psychopathy by the their elite psychopathic parents and reinforced through the high cost elitist schools they attend. for the most part psychopathy is a TRAINED behavior. taught to people in secure and opulent homes. but it can apply in the manner described here in this video but these are the exceptions NOT the rule. as usual, the elite are ignored for their psychopathic behavior while the lower classes get the brunt of the blame. there, they talk about it a little. they call them "partial" psychopaths. but really the elite are full blown psychopaths.
