well, the edge would have to go to mcconnell. mr reich failed to mention that mcconnell is personally holding up over 230 pieces of legislation passed by the house and using the time spent in the senate on debating and voting on that legislation to turn the senate into a mill churning out trump federal judge appointees as quickly as possible. furthermore its corrupt politicians like mcconnell who give criminals like trump their power. congress is supoosed to be a check on executive branch corruption but mcconnell has turned into an advocacy of that corruption.
