  3. the supreme court decided Miranda rights are no longer required upon arrest UNLESS the cops plan to question you. there's a point no one ever brings up... the cost of jailhouse collect calls is about $5 a minute. the phone companies, too, are allowed enormous profits from the exploitation of prisoners. they want your families to suffer too! cops often file trumped-up charges against the falsely accused... how do think prosecutors get 95% conviction rates? they file the worse false charges they can think of and then force you to plea bargain to a lessor false charge. thanks for the continued updates on these horrific police state tactics of our elite overlords and their thug enforcers.
