first of all these jury awards are outrageous. it doesn't deter the criminal behavior because the PUBLIC pays them through raising taxes or raising prices. second, that cop needs to be IN PRISON not fined. you know what's really scary? if anyone tried to stop that cop's assault, battery and false imprisonment of that victim THEY'D BE ARRESTED! third, i've had my civil and human rights violated by the public sector and private sector COUNTLESS times over the decades. where's MY LAWYER? why do lawyers continue to violate my right to legal representation? our entire social systyem is completely screwed up. everything is backwards, upside down and inside out. nothing is as it should be and, i, for one, am getting damned sick of it! why isn't anyone else?
