so this guy is suing the police dept? really? how did he get a lawyer? where'd he get a lawyer? i've only been trying to find a lawyer for 30 years! i have about 1000 civil and criminal charges i'd like to file against everyone from the dept of ed, my landlords, califiornia health and human services, medicare, doctors, employers, retailers, lawyers, prosecutors, cops, politicians and the news media. THIS IS NO JOKE! this guy gets a lawyer as easy as that but i've been victimized and abused for OVER 30 YEARS but i'm continually denied legal representation? SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG HERE PEOPLE! so, just where do you find actual lawyers in this country that represent REAL victims? because i'm EXPOSING the reality RIGHT NOW, there ain't NONE! for every ONE poor person you see on tv who gets a lawyer, there's 10,000 of us poor DENIED THE PRIVILEGE! justice is a corrupt, for-profit industry and its routinely and systemically denied those who can't afford to pay! I NEED A LAWYER RIGHT NOW! WHERE'S MY DAMNED LAWYER?

Tomasino Romano ... tell me about it. i'm denied housing, medical care and legal representation and i can't get a lawyer to even talk me. one multi-million dollar lawsuit i have is against the lawyer industry itself! our legal and constitutional rights to legal representation is being denied us EVERYDAY! i scream my bloody head off and i'm still ignored. people see videos like this and they're convinced getting a lawyer is as simple as that. they don't know how REAL america works for REAL americans. illegal immigrants get more help than american citizens do. i'm tired of being treated worse than a 4th class citizen in my country!

@batsonelectronics .... my cases are "slum-dunks" too. being a legal expert, i've already done the legal research and i already have the evidence. what few lawyers i've already been allowed to talk to don't give a shit. getting a lawyer is the myth of the american justice system. the first thing they'll ask you, if they talk to you at all, is - how are going to pay? then they'll say, they're not the right kind of lawyer for your case. and then they won't tell you the type of lawyer to get. they make excuses and lie to not represent you. and state bar referrals cost money too. contingency and pro-bono don't really exist. and legal aid is a joke. they refuse everyone. the reality is VERY FEW poor people are allowed any legal representation at all. UNLESS you're accused of a crime. and we all know how bad public defenders are.

@kennethrollo7891 ... screw you a-hole. i bet you voted for trump, uh? medical malpractice resulting in a deformity isn't worthy of a lawsuit? landlord lease violations and the extortion of $50 grand isn't worthy of legal consideration? and these are just a few of the cases i've been denied my right to file. there's been 1000 others. you're an idiot. you don't know what you're talking about. you trump cult are sorry excuses for human beings.

MANY, MANY TIMES! the dept of ed has stolen $15 grand from my disability to pay a $3500 debt I DON'T OWE! you'd think they'd love a story like that. they couldn't care less. and that's just one of the suits i've been denied. i've contacted lawyers, judges, news media, politicians, cops. i've written to law schools and attorney firms. did you know it cost money to file lawsuits? even to respond to lawsuits cost money. if you can't afford to respond to a lawsuit you automatically LOSE! what people don't understand is that i've tried it all. and don't think i'm the only poor person in the u. s. being denied my legal right to legal representation. there's MILLIONS of us! its like being denied medical care. which i am on a regular basis. when you're DENIED medical care for the 20th, 50th or 100th time, you have a tendency to stop trying. the same goes for LEGAL CARE! what i'm doing when i post messages like this, and i post a lot of 'em, i'm not looking for advice. I'M EXPOSING THE HORRIFIC FLAWS in the american system. but people CHOOSE to attack me for exposing the widespread corruption in this country. and that probably pisses me off as much as anything else. americans are idiots. they don't know the half of how bad this country really is!

I'M IN DESPERATE NEED OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE! but i've been denied treatment for my condition for OVER TEN YEARS! for too many reasons to list here, I FEAR even asking for medical care now! why keep seeking care when i'm just DENIED over and over again! instead of finding excuses to help people, our society is set up to find excuses to DENY people help! PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD! I NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION NOW!" this PLEA for help has gone completely ignored. people just don't give a damn. empathy IS DEAD in america!
