  1. now they've turned the dept of Ed, a federal govt dept, into a corporate collection agency. they don't do anything but collect debt for the private sector. they don't do anything else. why is there never any mention of TREASURY OFFSET? i've already paid back my $3500 student loan THREE TIMES through a scam called treasury offset. through treasury offset the DOEd has stolen $12 grand from my poverty level social security disability to pay a $3500 debt AND THEY AREN'T STOPPING! and i don't even actually owe the debt. NO ONE GIVES A DAMN! no one ever talks about this scam. WHY? so many get their loans cancelled BUT NOT ME! this is a perpetual debt. ITS ILLEGAL BUT NO ONE EXPOSES THIS SCAM! WHY? i'm sick of this crap!
