i don't like ny. i don't like it because the news and entertainment industries pass it off as the quintessential american city when the opposite is true. ny is the THE most atypical american city. but the elite's place nearly every tv show or movie in ny or LA. that's because the writers, directors, producers and sponsers of these shows all come from or live in ny or LA. the public, including foreigners, get the wrong impression of the u. s. and their opinions of the u. s. are skewed and corrupted. i know its hard to believe but most americans, 99% or so, DO NOT LIVE in ny or LA. maybe its time the media stop acting like the opposite is true.

@deniseeugene1852 ... and its sad that people are falling for the elitist scam of decadent "big-city" life. and its mainly due to the pro-big city propaganda shoved down our throats by corporate media.
