time created the big bang. time set everything in motion. without time there'd be no movement, no growth, no change. personally, i believe so-called "scientists" more often than not over think and over complicate things. also, time DOES flow in both directions. (maybe even in more than 2 directions at once.) but nature created humanity to experience time only in one direction for own survival. our limited senses were formed specifically to experience reality as is needed for our survival. in other words, we have only 5 senses because its all we need to navigate and interpret reality to help our species survive. other animals and beings may have more senses to help them achieve the same goal. our perception of 3-dimensional space is the same. there's undoubtedly more dimensions that our senses just can't percieve because we don't need to percieve them. even our minds are too limited to even concieve of more than 3 dimensions or of time moving in more than one direction at once. the human experience is trapped by the limitations of our own senses. and that's how nature designed us to increase the possibility of our species survival. so time is both the cause and the ruler of our universe. so there. put that in your pipe and smoke it.
