  13. both the republican and democratic parties remove independent and third party candidates from state ballots all the time. its, of course, illegal and unconstitutional, but they BOTH get away with it. now, with green, the concern is a constitutional one. following the civil war a constitutional amendment was adopted preventing ANYONE who committed an act of treason, or who condemns the constitution itself, from being a candidate in both state and national elections. makes perfect sense. its perfectly legal. but this amendment has NEVER been enforced. GOP candidates advocate the end of the constitution constantly. reagan and nixon were perfect examples. reagan completely dismantled the constitution and it hasn't been enforced since. at best, its called "selective enforcement." its enforced when it benefits you and completely discarded when it interferes with your plans. trump demonstrated this everyday. we don't live in a democracy or a republic. we never have. we live in a corrupt oligarchy designed to enforce the will of the elite. and that's ALL it does!
