@Azreillla ... there's no such thing as "ethnic" intimidation. either all intimidation is illegal or none of it is. the ethnicity or race of the victim or perpetrator has nothing to do with it. the same goes for so-called "hate crimes." you ever know of any crime ever committed WITH LOVE! see? this is called "identity politics" where certain groups are given special treatment, considerations and privileges not given to others. this is one thing that causes social divisions and animosity! did yoiu know in nazi germany crimes against nazi party members carried a higher penalty than the same crime committed against regular citizens? @jorgecarrejo ...several reasons. first off, why should i be forced to move when its the lease breakers who should be forced to move. i stand up to bullies and thugs. I FIGHT FOR MY RIGHTS! or, at least try to. also, being poor and without a car my options to move are very limited. i can't just pack up and move anytime i want. its too expensive. it takes me years to save enough money to move. but the last 2 years i can now afford the costs of moving but there's no place to move to. since covid landlords are now, illegally, demanding 3 times the rent in income. which means i can't qualify for any rent over $450 a month. rents this low don't exist anymore. and govt affordable housing is booked solid for years. also, the last 8 months i've become extremely ill. which has interfered with my search even more. so i'm powerless and no one, the landlord, the cops, the news media, will help me. i'm completely on my own.

@deathstarresident ... well, the cops won't even show up. but i can't say these attacks are particularly race based although there have been a few anti-white, racial slurs thrown my way. i don't believe them to be the overriding problem. these people are just a-holes. they'd just attack anyone, regardless of race, who challenges their abusive behavior of their neighbors. i stand up to their abuse and try to stop it. that's what they don't like and that's why their abuse continues.

@deathstarresident ... the ONLY time the damned worthless cops showed up was when they filed a FALSE COMPLAINT AGAINST ME! and i proved to the cops it was false and they DID NOTHING! although its illegal to file a false police report. the cops had the nerve to say - "we have better things to do than babysit you people!" then they left. meanwhile the abuse contuinues and the landlord and cops DO NOTHING!

NO ONE WATCHED! i've detailed the harrassment 1000 times in youtube comments. no one reads the comments. i've described the stress, anxiety and abuse i suffer on a nearly daily basis and the cops and landlord's refusal to protect me til i'm EXHAUSTED and more depressed than ever. harrassment and abuse is harrassment and abuse. and if you went through the hell i've experienced the last 8 years you'd feel the same way. THIS COUNTRY SUX! and so does its gullible, blind, apathetic, cruel and hypocritical citizens.

@SK-qu4wo ... i appreciate the offer. but a strange thing happened. several weekends ago i posted 3 videos of my neighbor's racket and harrassment onto YT and it all soon stopped. i've been comnplaining directly to the property owner and i think he stopped the insanity. something the apt managers refused to do. what really pissed me off is that these a-holes moved out and were gone for a year and a half but were allowed to move back in! i still don't feel safe! after their threats they should've never been allowed to move back in. i document everything but it does little good. when idiots continually refuse to do there jobs there isn't much recourse. i live in a medical and legal desert. there's no doctors or lawyers within 35 miles of me. i'm routinely denied legal representation and medical care! i'm constantly abused by cops, doctors, lawyers, private companies, the news media and govt agencies and there's not a damned thing i can do about it. LIKE MILLIONS of americans I HAVE NO RIGHTS! my human rights are violated everyday. that's what this country have been reduced to - THE GUTTER! we've been sacrificed by both the right and left so the rich stay wealthy and in power.

@@cme2025... i was pointing out that anyone can be an a-hole. and that the cops do a horrible job protecting us all. not just minorities. i'm not saying race never enters into a dispute. i'm saying it didn't in this case, my case. one thing i refuse to do is claim someone racist when i don't believe they are. BUT they may be "ageists." they just may treat me with so little rrespect because of my age. but, in any case, they're just jerks. and they come in all races and ethnicities.

@virtualwhispers ... yes, my friend, i have. i document everything. write down times on my calender, take videos, keep fliers from my landlord. all proving my case. cops don't care. lawyers don't care. for about the 10th time in 8 years, i just sent a barrage of emails out to about 15 different lawyers explaining my case in detail. (the internet makes things nearly impossible. most of these lawyers act like they don't want to be bothered and make contacting them very difficult.) i already have ALL the evidence. all the lawyers have to do is file the court papers and negotiate a settlement. and no one will do a damned thing because my victimizer is... A LANDLORD? of those 15 only 2 RESPONDED! and both of those told me to go to hell because my case involves a landlord. i had a cop supervisor once tell me he'd NEVER investigate a landlord for ANY CRIME! i keep getting excuses not to help me rather than HELP! no one wants to enforce the law. my landlord violate THEIR LEASE, which is a contract, over 200 times and no one cares. they committed fraud, including welfare fraud, and the cops and county welfare don't care. i just saw in the news where someone sued a universirty for violation of first amendment rights. but i can't even sue my landlord for breach of contract and fraud. law enforcement is a crap shoot, at best, in the u.s. the u. s. is where justice goes to die! damn i HATE this country! I NEED MY RIGHTS PROTECTED!

@BIGMIKE-k3d ... true. a lot of cops and prosecutors maintain that racist american tradition. but racism cuts both ways. there's as much anti-white racism in the u. s. today as anti-black racism. i hear blacks claiming all whites are devils and are soley responsible for all the evil in the world. conservatives created the concept of "reverse discrimination." but reverse discrimination doesn't exist. discrimination and bigotry are discrimination and bigorty regardless of who its being committing against. the problem is called "identity politics" and "victim politics." it DIVIDES the true victims of bigotry by race, ethnicity and religion. when it really affects us all and should UNITE US rather than divide us into little "special" groups.

@ikarooz ... you kidding? i have 8 YEARS of video evidence against my a-hole neighbors. just a few months ago i posted 3 videos of their harrassment and abuse. the videos were titled " I NEED HELP FROM YOUTUBERS!" few watched and half of those were idiots who claimed i was a liar! just this weekend alone, from thursday to yesterday (saturday), my ABUSERS bombarded my apt with OVER 35 HOURS OF EXTREME RACKET! blasting my apt with incessant racket that made my entire apt vibrate and windows rattle! this is DAMNED ELDER ABUSE. its an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AND NO ONE GIVES A DAMN! i'm living in hell and that's what this CRAPPY, LAWLESS country has become - A LIVING HELL!
