seems feasable to me. i think there's many plausable theories behind the global deluge myths. one is the breach of the land-wall seperating the mediterranean sea from the black sea that led to the filling of the bason and the creation of the black sea. (i would've loved to have witnessed that.) and then there's the rise of sea levels due to the end of the ice age. and there's always the biblical view that god did it just out of spite.
