I had that problem in one of my schools they rewrote history as rhey changed the parties when they got closer to the civil war, or change the wording and refused to mention a certain party responsible for it, but it is not just the colleges, it is the organization that give the accreditations to these colleges and universities, in order for these schools to get accredited they have to my force have certain classes mandated aka social justice classes or sneaks them into other classes, or they don't get that accreditation.
