They were wearing white hoods and terrorizing and lynching black people while republicans were voting for civil rights. Racist LBJ signed the civil rights bill because he had no choice. It was either sign it or have the Democrat party disappear into dust. They forced black people into ghettos and there they largely remain. They refuse to allow black people to choose a different school for their children because they need them to remain uneducated. They intentionally placed planned Parenthood in black communities to decrease the number of black people. They still think black people are too incompetent to do anything without them lowering the bar for them. They don't even hold black people accountable for their crimes and bad decisions because they think they are too incompetent to know better.
