@robertpendergrass7996 we have more black people and immigrants in the southern states. NC is 22 percent black people and at least 10 percent others that aren't white. They take up a high percentage of the welfare.

@robertpendergrass7996 for white people to get the highest percentage of welfare they would have to be getting right at 70 percent of it. They get nowhere near that much. Black people make up about 14 percent of the population and get way more than 14 percent of welfare.
