  3. @Winning 2021 I know and they generally sell it to black people to distribute. I speak from experience. I've partied with a lot of people since the first time I smoked pot in 1977. Most of everything we did came from black communities. To this day you can pull up in a black community and someone will come up to your vehicle and ask you what you want. You give them the money and they get whatever it might be. All I've gotten myself was weed.
