  3.  @jakemf1  the supreme court has ruled on it and you are wrong. They said that the second amendment is clearly meant for the American citizens. It's meant so that We the People have the ability to fight off a tyrannical government either foreign or domestic. The military members took an oath to uphold the constitution and protect the American citizens. Not an oath to protect a government that's not following their own oath of office.
